Carpet Care

Our Standard 4 step Carpet Cleaning Program

Pre-inspection

Every great carpet cleaning experience starts with a proper inspection. We will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction and soiling conditions. We will also advise you on possible permanent stains.

Pre-spray

Traffic areas and spots are pretreated for more effective soil and spot removal.

Extract & rinse

Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mount hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated so that the carpet is not over wet. We clean with water temperature between 180° F – 190° F.

Spot Treatment

If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains identified during the pre inspection may not be removed.

Extract & Rinse

Once the soil has been loosened, our state-of-the-art truck-mount hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are regulated so that the carpet is not over wet. We clean with water temperature between 180° F – 190° F.

Neutralize

Every Carpet that we clean is pH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This treatment is used as rinse or applied after the rinse depending on soiling conditions, improving air quality by removing pollens, dust mites, etc.

Post Spot Treatment

If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains identified during the pre inspection may not be removed.

Bonnet Dry

Some carpets benefit from a dry bonnet process. Dry bonnet assists in faster drying and prevents wicking on some carpets. This normally used on Berber and commercial loop carpets.

Fan dry

High velocity air movers are placed on the carpets to speed dry the carpets

Post groom

The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal.

You can add carpet protector or deodorizer to any of our programs for an additional cost.
